TRX Training
As a professional Fitness Instructor, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. The training technique I use train people is with TRX suspension straps. This enables people to build their core strength stability and lose weight at the same time. This style of training is for all ages and fitness abilities. It enables you to lift a proportion of your weight based on what you as an individual are able to on that day.

What I Do
TRX Fitness
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.
One to One Training
Individual or dual training gives you the ability to pick up the technique needed to get the full benefit of TRX. This will give you faster results getting you to your goal more effectively.
TRX is for all abilities. The straps are used for support, stability and strength training. You lift what you can lift. As you learn the technique you will increase the weight you are lifting by adjusting the postition you are standing in. The sessions are tailored to your own ability and goals.
Group Fitness
Classes are open to all levels of fitness and ability. Private bookings are also available on request.
Group fitness classes are fun and challenging. A full body workout in 30 minutes gets the job done effectively and quick. Working at your own pace and ability doesn't stop you from having the same tough workout as everyone else.
Youth Fitness
Young people have the opportunity to build their core strength, balance and stability
Having fun while keeping fit as an individual and as a team is very important. Doing circuit style training using the TRX straps as well as body weigh exercises off the straps gives your body a full workout.
